Wow. You have inspired me. I am 70. I used to walk for miles but now my weight is up as well as my blood pressure. Maybe if I really work at it, by the time I’m 71 I can be in as good a shape as you.
Is there “make-up” session for Wed’s zoom class. I have doctor’s app’t but i would love to see a session. I’ve been active most of my adult life but injuries and sursgeries have had an impact. I won’t bore you with the details but I want to get back to being active.
Also, what kind of equipment should I have for your classes?

Hello Mary. We are happy you continue to stay active regardless of the injuries. It speaks to your desire and dedication to staying healthy. There will actually be a recording to Nate’s class and it will be posted on Youtube within the next couple of weeks.
