I found a possible solution to your query. There should be a “Save” option in the crossword puzzle menu in the top left corner. First click on the 3 horizontal lines and then click “Save.” Try that and see if it works. If it does, then great.

It’s also a great question to ask a Senior Planet agent on the Hotline if you cannot figure it out.. They should be able to help you troubleshoot what is happening with the crossword puzzle.
